The people are very friendly, the lady vet clipped his beak and I am happy to say he is eating really well. One happy tortoise and one happy owner. “Water suddenly started pouring out from below the upstairs wc cistern, and within minutes the kitchen was flooded. I couldn’t shut off the water because the stop tap had seized. Dave arrived within ten minutes, identified the problem as a split flexible hose, managed to shut off the water and returned first thing next morning to fit a new hose and new stop tap. A 100% fantastic service.”

“My denture broke and after it coming back wrong I went to First Impressions Dental lab to meet David the owner, As soon as he seen my denture he knew what the issue was , He took another impression just to be sure, and I went again the next day and he had the wax ones ready for me to try and they was perfect, so my denture was then made and I collected them today and I am over the moon, Hes passionate and professional about his work and he cares, I havent stopped smiling all day, Thank you so much for everything David and getting my sniile back on my face in time for christmas, I honestly cannot thank you enough , I hope you have a lovely christnas with your family and you have made me a so happy as until I went here , I litterly cried buckets, but not anymore , my teeth are perfect and its all down to you , so once again Thank you so so much , I would definitely recommed First Impressions to anyone , In fact my mum is going to come in the new year hes amazing .”
