“My daughter has been at this nursery for nearly two years and is flourishing. She is so happy and confident and it feels like all the staff really care about the work they do and the children they look after. It has a great family feeling. They always looks like they're having great fun, with lots of planned activities, messy play and outdoor time, but there are also dedicated learning plans in place and we receive regular updates on her progress and meeting developmental milestones. The building is warm, welcoming, safe and colourful, and we like the smaller group ethos, where it feels like the children receive plenty of attention and are supported in their interests. Communication is great, from management updates and parents' evenings right through to daily activity logs on the app. They also send sweet activities home, so last week we received a parcel of cake making ingredients to make a lemon drizzle cake! I'd definitely recommend Little Learners to anyone looking for a nursery in the Chorlton/Stretford area.”

“Because, many years ago, in my early childhood, i went to that school. I remember me and my mate Colin Colebane ( spelling) 10 or 11. Walking ages too the shops to buy a get weĺ card. And then walking even further to deliver the card. It was to the very sick Headmaster! Mr. Griffiths. ( check the files/ history) . What a lovely Gentleman. He died soon after, he taught my brothers and sister. Anyway, my strange and interesting life started at Crab lane.”

“We are a military family. The orchards nursery staff are the best we've found anywhere. They genuinely care for our littles, and the atmosphere is the most loving ive found in any of the 4 nurseries we've used before. 100% reccomend. My son still asks for his teachers months after we moved away.”

“Facilities look fab very big sure start! we used their birth registration facility today. The coordinator was brilliant, fast and efficient and made sure we double checked the info. Saved us so much hassle into going Heron House with a newborn, I was full of anxiety thinking of the trek to central. When the health visitor said theres places closer, cancelled heron house and booked here. Even got the certificates on the day! These services are crucial for the local communities, please make sure to support before they start getting closed down!”

“My daughter has been attending SwimStars at Walkden for a while now. She has grown in confidence so much as she was really anxious when in the water. I want to say a massive thank you to her swim instructor, Mark who has been amazing with her from the start. He has had time and patience with her each week and helped her along the way to build her water confidence. The support and encouragement he has given my daughter has been amazing. My daughter can now swim and will hopefully achieve even more skills now she has moved to the next level.”
