“My little boy has been at this nursey for a while now and he loves it there,he always looks forward to going and always comes home happy.”
“I had a great time there! Loved all the staff and made so many friends”
“My daughter has been here for just under 2 years and I couldn’t put in to words how happy and grateful we are to CDN thelwall, every room she has been in she has adored all the team and they treat all the kids like they would want their own to be treated, the compassion, dignity and respect they give to the children and the knowledge they hold creates the perfect environment for all children, I will be so sad when she moves to school because i know how much she loves it here. Thank you to all the team x”
“My kids love it here. All the nursery staff are very kind and really care for the children. The pre-school staff are beyond excellent and my child has learnt so much to prepare for primary school during their time at Honey Bears. The activities are varied and well thought through. Can’t recommend Honey Bears enough.”
“The best nursery around! Can’t thank the staff enough for how they looked after my daughter, they go above and beyond for all of the children. My daughter has thrived since attending the village nursery and her confidence has come on leaps and bounds.”
“Amazing! Nicola is a the exact person you want to see in a play centre/restaurant. Me and my children were welcomed from the front door (first time) and showed the play area, made conversation and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Nicola is clearly a child friendly lady (surprisingly not all play centre staff are!) she was happy, energetic, polite, funny and looked after everyone there even as it got busier. A massive relief to feel like this when you have a child who can be easily overstimulated and the reaction of new adults and environments can have a huge affect on behaviour. Tilly was so happy and couldn’t wait to get in and also spoke to Nicole as she clearly felt comfortable. Great play area for my 3 and 1 year old. After attending many play areas the staff make a huge different to wanting to return! Nicola told us about the sessions we will definitely be attending for SEN. Can’t wait to use our play passes and come back again and again!! Thanks Nicola xx Beth (Tilly and Mary) also breakfast was yummy thanks chef !”
“Had both of my daughters birthdays here. Want to say thanks to Tom and all the staff at let loose, went above and beyond to make sure the birthdays were special for them. Much appreciated guys!! Would definitely recommend. And we've been returning regularly. P.s the biscoff ice coffee is lush! ☺️”
“Kids enjoy going to this school. Good communication a lot of the time with Parents through both website , mobile texting and specific handouts when necessary. Teachers do a fantastic job, plenty of engagement with the class. Discipline is kept in check well, breakfast / after lunch a real bonus for working parents. Only minor point, parking can be a pain. New street lighting and general tidy up are a move in the right direction.”
“Lovely school with lovely staff and pupils. I love this school it's the best in the world. Come here on a taster day what ever day you want. Every day is an open day. Cransleys motto is 'where individuals matter'.”
“Excellent performing arts school for children aged between 4-18yrs. Highly reccomend getting in touch”
“Fab pre school our daughter went there and loved every day she went. The staff are kind, loving and have a brilliant understanding of how to get the best out of your child. Couldn't recommend enough”
“Bowden House provides a wonderful setting for your child to thrive. Having had my older son at another local and reputable nursery and from talking to friends, I can honestly say it sits head and shoulders above the rest. Not only is the setting small and intimate, the staff are friendly to children and parents alike. My little boy had a special relationship with his key worker Ruby, who was always so bubbly and positive with him. Although he only attended two days a week would talk about her a lot and was always excited to go to nursery. The nursery keeps parents well informed of activities for the week ahead (always varied, creative and educational) and provide regular updates on your child’s progress. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking in the locality.”
“Very good school I am very happy”
“Lovely staff with a massive variety of activities.”
“Fantastic preschool setting with very passionate and caring staff. My daughter attended this preschool and I cannot recommend it enough. It was a huge factor in her development especially during covid when the usual socialisation opportunities were extremely few and far between. Now she has started school and teacher's positive feedback on her preparedness level starting reception, social skills and confidence prompted me to write this review. Children are offered a wide range of activities and learning opportunities as well as fantastic support to explore and develop their personalities. Keep up the good work!”
“Fabulous little nursery - the teachers are great and my son loved his time here. Good food and a daily mile of exercise plus a good grounding for the primary school environment. Easy transition if you are thinking Bowdon Church School as a primary.”
“Such an excellent school. Fabulous staff. A very caring place.”
“This is the best primary school ever!”
“My daughter loved this nursery (and I did too). She started at 1 and stayed through till age 4 attending the Pre-school. I feel this nursery is very child centred, always keen to meet individual needs (Unlike some of the larger corporate nurseries). The staff are caring and the staff turnover is low. Management provide excellent customer service and you can really tell this is a family run business and the people running the nursery care. They also cater excellently for dietary needs. I feel they go above and beyond and for the children. Lots of exciting and well thought out events. I would recommend this nursery to any new parent.”
“I was very nervous about leaving my precious 10-month-old in nursery for the first time but she has settled in beautifully. The staff are very friendly and caring, and really listen to you to try to help your child settle in and thrive. The outdoor space is amazing and I love seeing photos of my little one playing outside. The nursery uses Tapestry to record photos and daily observations, so it's easy for parents to see what their little ones have been doing during the day. I'm very happy so far and look forward to seeing my daughter learn more skills at this nursery.”
“This is a great local school, with strong results across the board and results exceeding the national average. Upon completing year 6, pupils proceed to Poynton High School (with a direct, private bus running between the school and Disley village)”
