I've never been made to feel more welcome anywhere in my life as I do here. Mike and dave teach amazing very easy to understand classes for adults and children. If I had one wish in life, it would be to have started Jiujitsu sooner.”

“In 2015, after visiting 10 nurseries for our daughter we chose Canterbury Rd Day Nursery and we were very happy with our decision. The rooms, staff, play areas and management were and are excellent. Each day you receive a 'report' of what your child has done and now there is the online portal Capture where you see pictures and updates about your child plus you can upload your own too. There are 2 cooks that deliver healthy and varied meals with seasonal changes. There are regular events held at the nursery or local hall and parents evening twice a year. My daughter loved it there and now so does my son. If you are looking for a nursery for your child then I would highly recommend choosing Canterbury Rd.”

“Our daughter has had a fantastic experience at My Time. She began attending casually on Fridays around her first birthday, and the induction process was very smooth. She bonded really well with staff and has continued attending occasionally, on an as needed basis, ever since - for over 18 months now. She's always really happy to attend and leaves smiling. I can't recommend it highly enough!”

“I cannot recommend Educare enough. From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”

“An amazing team of dedicated childminders. Jade, Gem, and Janet are an absolute joy to be around and work with and they really know how to connect with children and make them feel comfortable. Our little one loves them and loves going to the nursery, and there are always fun new activities to do and learn from. Lots of new friends have been made and it has become like a second home. We are kept updated throughout the day with a daily diary and photos on our own personal group chat. We would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking for dedicated childminders. The bond that our child has with the nursery staff is fantastic. When our child first joined we were understandable anxious about him starting nursery however the staff made the transition as painless as possible & now he walks in (most days!) with no problem at all. “Both my kids (1 1/2 and 3 1/2 years old) currently attend SCAMPs and they love it. The staff are very professional, caring to the children and friendly to us as parents. There are always so many different activities for the children to do including a good balance of creative, physical, musical activities etc. You can follow the progress of your children through their learning journals and continual feedback is given daily. There is plenty of outdoor space for the children and they have recently done up the outside with some new play installations. They are always looking for ways to improve which is a great culture to have. The setting on the edge of the park is lovely and great for the kids to watch the lawn mowers and 'tractors!'”

“I had my daughter’s second birthday here and everything about it was perfect! I also have a 4 year old with Down Syndrome and finding a suitable play area what he can do confidently is very difficult. Baby boom is the only place I feel at ease knowing he can play with his sister and friends safely. 100% would recommend for classes, group play and definitely birthdays!”

“Kip McGrath has played a crucial role in the development of my daughter for her 11+ preparation. The teachers are qualified to teach to the best possible standard. My girl's confidence has significantly improved since joining and had also prepared her for her oncoming 11 plus exam. I would definitely suggest this tuition to everyone.”

“My twins have loved their time at Mini Miners nursery. It didn't take them long to settle in as all the staff are lovely. The staff are great with communication, keeping parents updated in the WhatsApp group, sharing pictures of the multiple activities which the children have been up to. I'll be sad to see my twins leave this week and I'm sure my twins will miss it too, as they've always looked forward to attending each day and always come home telling me all the lovely things they've been up to with their friends. She loves her days here, even when she is a bit apprehensive to leave me the ladies are so lovely and quick to update the baby's days app with pictures of all the interesting things she is getting up to, which puts my mind at ease. The nursery has such a lovely feel to it, different to other nurseries in the area. The updates you receive on the app throughout the day are reassuring which are then backed up by the big smile on my daughters face when I pick her up and the stories she has to tell me about her day. “My 6-year-old daughter took part in a 4-day holiday club at Little Voices this summer. Despite it being her first time there and not knowing any of the other children beforehand, she came running out on the first day with a big smile, excitedly sharing stories about her "new friends!" At the end of the week, parents were invited to watch the children's performance, and it was truly remarkable! Every child had a chance to shine in their own unique way, which was delightful to watch. Little Voices is such a nurturing environment and there was absolutely no pressure on the children over the 4 days, as some might worry about; the focus was on having fun—and my daughter certainly did that! My sons developed in so many ways , he can be quite stubborn at the best of times , standards here are super high and work with every single child needs no matter how high or how low. Staff are incredibly on form with teaching and how they run things and have a very highly standard of professionalism which you can see. They are open and honest with each parent . Reporting back each day if anything needs to be addressed or reported. There on form with everything. Highly recommended nursery for your child to go too especially if your wanting a nursery for your child with such high standards of learning and still at the same time as your child being able to still be a child at the same time”
