“An incredible selection of draught beers, but one of the rarest of them all, Bass, is here on tap. It's worth it just to try this gem. Very quick and friendly service. Usual classic pub vibe, people having a convo after work, etc. Very nice indeed.”

“Excellent brunch on a Friday. Great service from all staff (Laura main server). Had the limited time bottomless pancakes. The bacon & maple pancakes were so good I had to have a second serving! Just the right amount of maple syrup to taste but without drowning the pancakes like lots of places. I also tried the strawberry & cream pancakes which were also great (couldn't finish them sadly). Plus had my favourite Raspberry Crush mocktail (the one with orange sorbet) which I'm so glad they brought back (it was on the menu for years but it disappeared for a while and recently returned). Great meal, good location too.”

“Came to try this indian takeaway for the first time last night. The chef was very friendly and the service efficient!! Had the most wonderful chicken patia which was a first time for me!! And I think this will be my new go to Indian takeaway my husband had garlic chicken. I will definitely be back.”

“Staying at the attached Premier Inn with family during house renovations. Came for breakfast on reopening, after having watched them spend the weeks leading up to it doing maintenance and cleaning everything. Very clean and tidy inside. Breakfast was great. Good fry up and selection of fruits, cereals and yoghurts. Coffee good too. And the measure of any hotel breakfast, fantastic croissants which came hot from the oven! Joanne who served us was great,very friendly and attentive. Was lovely when serving my young children too. Thank you! Back tomorrow :)”

“Lovely place! Prices are excellent, the portions are very generous and the flavor and presentation doesn’t disappoint. The woman and the boy that served were friendly! It was a bit packed and it’s a bit small but we didn’t wait more than 20 minutes once we order.”

“Having a large choice of Indian food in Cheadle village it could be difficult to choose which restaurant you would go to. Not anymore.....The food at Veeda was spectacular serving one of the best curries we've ever eaten. The food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much. We usually would go to another local Indian restaurant but we now have a new go too.”

“One of the yummiest juicey burger. Do try swiss cheese. Juicey beef with excellent blend of sauces and mushrooms. Added pictures after eating half of it because I forgot to take. It was so yummy. Very reasonable prices. You will never find such food in this price range. Free roadside parking for 1 hr. Quickly served. Not much place to sit inside but manageable for 8-10 people. Halal food .”

“Tried this place 3rd time now been struggling to write a review, Azizis serves some quality tasty home cooked food. There biryani was delicious and the samosa chaat was different. Everything i ordered was delicious i am a regular customer now. Only thing i would say is that they need more dishes on their menu”

She made great recommendations from the menu, checked in at just the right times, and created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout our meal. Her service really elevated the evening and made it feel special. Highly recommend both the restaurant and the outstanding service we received.”

“We booked a table following rave reviews from friends who had visited the restaurant. There were 11 of us dining and we have to say that the food has to be up there with any other Indian food we have eaten (most of the family are Indian). We will definitely be going back and highly recommend a visit. Not only was the food amazing the staff (especially the owner) are professional and friendly. A great service all around. “My son and I went in half 6 Saturday evening having just phoned ahead to check. Pub was bustling with a good atmosphere and the restaurant was filling up. Lovely friendly staff tended to us throughout the meal which was delicious! I had the chicken fillet, which had lovely crispy skin and the caramelised onion and potato gratin was fantastic and all held together with a great sauce. He had rump steak, medium rare, which was really nicely cooked. Desserts were equally good. I had sticky toffee pudding which was moist with lots of toffee sauce and a really generous helping of ice cream. He had the chocolate and salted caramel cake which was chocoholics heaven! Highly recommended.”

“Great food and excellent service. Even the pickle tray went far beyond your average offering. The fish pakora was light and flavoursome. I recommend the balti paradise (pictured). Portion sizes are very good and I recommend sharing a rice portion/bread. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.”

“Visited on Wednesday 1st October 2025, approx 7pm, not busy. This was our first time at the Cinnamon Tree, my partner and I were staying overnight nearby and flying the following morning. The food was very tasty, good and plentiful choices on the menu. Price was what you would expect to pay at a normal restaurant (not expensive). Staff were all very friendly. Tried Bangla beer for the first time and it was lovely. Thoroughly recommend.”

“What a lovely evening I have just had for my daughter’s 11th birthday family meal. I booked a table online and requested a table near the window which we got and then as a surprise at the end of the meal the chef brought out a cake and the staff sang happy birthday to my daughter which I wasn’t expecting. All the staff were superb. I’m afraid I didn’t catch their names but a blond lady and a tall lad with longer hair looked after us and a female chef. They all deserve massive praise. Constantly checking we were all ok and dealing with my sisters gluten free dietary requirements (she was impressed and happy that you kept everything separate and even more happy she got a carvery with gluten free Yorkshires and gravy!). The food was as expected- pub grub, great quantity and taste. We all left full of happiness and full bellies and that’s all we want from a family outing! So thankyou”
