“After moving to Hale over a year ago now, I had put off trying to find a new hairdresser as finding one you can really trust is hard. So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! Even though I now live abroad, one of the first things I do when I come back to visit is book in at Hanson’s. Rob’s cuts are consistently sharp, stylish and exactly what I’m after every time. He knows his craft inside out and his attention to detail is second to none. He’s created a space that feels relaxed, welcoming and full of good conversation. “I am over the moon with my Great Lengths Keratin Bond Extensions that were fitted by the very talented Salon Manager Kirsty. I felt instantly welcomed by the friendly salon staff and Salon Owner Caroline, who offered and brought me a glass of prosecco - which is a lovely added touch. The salon is modern, clean and upbeat. “Came across Ali's barber shop as I was in desperate need of a hair cut and fed up of booking appointments days/ weeks in advance that are overpriced at hair salons. And I found a gem! Anna was attentive and managed to bring life back to my hair. Got a layered hair cut and my hair feels light and healthy again and falls naturally without much styling needed. Would recommend!
