“My wife booked this place and looking at the reviews, I was a bit dubious about staying there. We ended up having a great stay. Ok the hotel is a little dated but the room was clean and quiet. The receptionist was lovely and I thank her very much for her help. Easy access via the number 59 bus into and out of the city centre. Had dinner the first night in the adjacent pub and spoke to a lovely couple that said it has recently been taken over and things are a improving.. had a great stay and would recommend. Thanks.”

“Amazing daycare, the staff are so friendly, patient and helpful. They always answer any concerns I have and have looked after my dog many times. “Wonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.”
