“Today, I took part on the barge experience as a staff team building exercise. This consists of a range of therapeutic activities, such as: meditation on the barge and outside in the wild, a talk and drawing exercise and completed with a sound bath relaxation at the end. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. An opportunity to be at one with yourself and with nature, feel free and an opportunity to take time out and be reflective. The facilitators, Shazia and Fearn were fantastic, very experienced and welcoming too! Jackie sent me a recording that helps me to fall asleep at night and the session also includes some meditation. Hypnotherapy has been invaluable in helping me to relax and to steer my attention away from the pain. I would highly recommend Jackie who has a wealth of experience.”

“An amazing team of dedicated childminders. Jade, Gem, and Janet are an absolute joy to be around and work with and they really know how to connect with children and make them feel comfortable. Our little one loves them and loves going to the nursery, and there are always fun new activities to do and learn from. Lots of new friends have been made and it has become like a second home. We are kept updated throughout the day with a daily diary and photos on our own personal group chat. We would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking for dedicated childminders. “Both my kids (1 1/2 and 3 1/2 years old) currently attend SCAMPs and they love it. The staff are very professional, caring to the children and friendly to us as parents. There are always so many different activities for the children to do including a good balance of creative, physical, musical activities etc. You can follow the progress of your children through their learning journals and continual feedback is given daily. There is plenty of outdoor space for the children and they have recently done up the outside with some new play installations. They are always looking for ways to improve which is a great culture to have. The setting on the edge of the park is lovely and great for the kids to watch the lawn mowers and 'tractors!'”
