“Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help. Thank you for looking after our Sadie and doing everything to save her life.”

The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. Kimberly met me in the car park and took the girls in one at a time. This was such a relief to me as I stress each time I have to take them. “I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Blanche's life we'll be forever greatful to you all ♥️”

“I feel the need to write this review due to the many unnecessary unfair reviews. I am writing this review to provide feedback on the experiences of my wife, who is a patient at Dr. Subramanian's practice. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Subramanian for many many years, and we wish to convey that she finds him to be an excellent and highly valued doctor. She is more than extremely satisfied with the care she receives and would not consider changing practices. Regarding her access to appointments, my wife has always been able to get an appointment when needed and has never encountered any difficulty in being seen. This is in stark contrast to my own doctors at the same health centre, where it can be impossible to get an appointment unless you book three weeks in advance. Despite the option to call at 8 am for a same-day appointment, I have found it nearly impossible to get through to the practice, which often just gives an out-of-service tone. This brings me to a common complaint I hear from people about potential delays to appointment times. I have observed that Dr. Subramanian often makes a significant effort to accommodate patients who present with urgent issues on the day. Furthermore, I have noticed that delays can also occur when patients require a double appointment but only book a standard one, or they present with multiple issues they need addressing. From what I can see, the doctor is very thorough and compassionate in addressing all of their concerns, which can sometimes extend beyond the scheduled time. While this might occasionally lead to waiting longer for a pre-booked appointment, I believe this reflects a true commitment to ensuring those with immediate needs are seen, and that everyone gets the time they need. This responsiveness for urgent matters is something I value greatly, as it is not always my understanding of how easy it is to access care at other practices. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the care and accessibility provided by Dr. Subramanian. He is a credit to his profession.”

As all three are long haired the obvious care to brushing and eye cleaning was noticeable. We saw lovely photographs of them running around and looking obviously happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge as Sean and Julie have a very obvious natural ability and caring nature with the dogs. We have rebooked for their next stay and feel confident in leaving them with Julie and Sean at Pine Lodge. Definitely five star!”
