I can't currently do anything weight related due to my surgery, & I don't feel pressured by staff that I should be doing that, everything is in my own pace & they understand that which makes me actually LOVE going. Even when I have to miss a few days or recently a week between sessions due to my back pain, staff don't make any comments (like ive had in the past at another gym I've been to).
