“It is really the very first time I have written a review on Google about an institution. I just completed my Foundation Year at INTO Manchester and I am getting into the University of Manchester with a set of satisfied grades. I want to share my 9-month journey experience at this college, my review is from my personal experience as an international student who came to the UK alone to study. 1. Teachers I studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics and RCS. All of my teachers were super supportive and some of them were always seeking questions from students, especially I was impressed with my RCS teacher because I was not into academic writing at first but she really motivated me and she did amazing work. 2. Community I did not have many close friends at INTO but all the people I knew while studying here were nice. My course was 9 months only so I did not expect to have many close friends but the whole community at INTO was friendly and I did not feel separated at all though there are not many students from my home country at INTO Manchester. 3. Organisation and facilities INTO Manchester is not a university so I cannot compare its size to UOM or any universities. INTO provides all necessary services from printing, sports clubs, placement team (really helpful with the application, I used to have a 1-1 appointment every week with them during the busiest time of application), on-site cafe, library, etc Above all, I got into UOM and a lot of my friends also got into UOM, some of them got into the University of Edinburgh or other high-ranked universities in STEM majors. I appreciate INTO for supporting me for nearly 1 year and so far do not regret my decision to study a Foundation Year there.”

“Had an issue with a couple of amps for my home. One was clicking and wouldn't turn on, the other made a pop noise with a load of smoke. Booked them in and the amps were fixed within the week. If anything else develops a fault I'll definitely return”

“My name is Ahlam, I am 19 years old, and my student number is 1485206. I’m really proud to be in my second year at The Manchester College, Shena Simon Campus. I’m really enjoying my time here. The teachers and staff are so supportive and helpful. I’ve learned a lot and feel more confident every day. It’s a great place to study! Last year, I completed the ESOL (16-18) Entry 3 course with the teacher Mark Gourlay , which helped me build my English skills and confidence. This year, I’m studying Functional Skills English and Maths with the adult group, and I’m really enjoying it. The teachers here are fantastic — my Maths teacher, Maryama Gholami, and my English teacher, Nuzhat Siddique, and my IT Teacher Asif Saleh are all very supportive, kind, and always explain everything clearly. They always take the time to help every student and make sure we all understand the lesson. The staff are else very helpful and friendly. Whenever I need help or have a question, there is always someone there to support me. The college offers so many great facilities, and the learning environment is very comfortable and welcoming. I’ve learned so much since I joined, not just in English and Maths, but also about communication, teamwork, and confidence. I feel really happy and safe here, and I enjoy coming to college every day. The Manchester College has given me a great experience, and I’m very thankful to be part of it. I would definitely recommend this college to anyone who wants to improve their skills and achieve their goals.”

“The Manchester College is the largest further education college in the United Kingdom. It is the largest provider of 16–19 and adult education in Greater Manchester. The origins of the college go back to the early 19th century St. John's Sunday school, a pioneering school for workers. By the 1950s this had evolved into St John's and Openshaw Technical College. Later mergers created the Central College Manchester which became The Manchester College of Arts and Technology in Manchester, while institutions in Central Manchester, Fielden Park, Arden and Wythenshawe merged to form City College Manchester. In 2008 these two combined to form The Manchester College. The Manchester College offers courses for school leavers, adults, higher education students, employers and international students. The Manchester College is based at many sites in the city: these include Moston, Abraham Moss Community School, One Central Park, Manchester Enterprise Academy, the sixth form of St Matthew's RC High School and Harpurhey in the North; Openshaw, Preston Street, Welcomb Street, Nicholls Campus in Ardwick[9] and the Manchester School of Building in the East; Fielden Park (Didsbury), Northenden, Wythenshawe Forum and Brownley Green Wythenshawe in the South; locations in the city centre include St John's in Castlefield, Lever Street, and Shena Simon Campus in Chorlton Street in Manchester city centre. As well as this, the college are due to build a new site on the old Boddingtons' site - opposite the Manchester Arena. The MOL division specialises in delivering professional development training programmes by flexible learning. MOL has existed for more than 30 years providing HR, management, estate agency, construction and electrical engineering courses. Many courses are delivered in partnership with professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP). The Manchester College delivers learning and skills services to offenders in 42 secure establishments throughout England and in two probation areas. The services are contracted in both the private and public sectors to all categories of offender.”
