I'm lucky that I stumbled upon Chris, who happened to be the closest councillor to my house. He's a real person from a working background who just helps guide you through a process and introduce you to new concepts of self help. The man knows his stuff and just makes you feel....better ... after an hours session , either online or in person. Thanks to many things, but not least Chris's services, I'm out of a tight spot and enjoying life, with more resilience (and his phone number ) should the black dog raise his head again. 10/10 . He went out of his way to help me wiht the self service and also pack my bags. It is worth calling out when you get exceptional service. It doesnt cost much to do.
