“I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. “My son has attended Bolton School from the age of 5 and has just finished his A levels. He has lots of opportunities throughout his school life . Although his main extra curricular activities have revolved around sport where he has represented the school at football, cricket, water polo and hockey he has also been stretched into the arts having the opportunity to act, and play the trumpet in concerts. “I recently had my two Scottish Terriers groomed by the groom team at Bolton. They are particularly nervous about the experience which the team are well aware of. Kimberly met me in the car park and took the girls in one at a time. This was such a relief to me as I stress each time I have to take them. Kimberly and Katie's understanding of our needs is exemplary. The groom experience went far smoother and both girls upon collection were happy and looking really smart after their treatments. “For MOT and full service it was originally cost £260, however as my car is 6 years old, three additional items were added and it totals £350. I am still considering it's a bargain as formula one provides a speedy service and I can get my car back just after 2 hours. The manager, Deanne is very friendly and their services is just excellent. I can recommend you go no where but here for service and MOT.”

“I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Blanche's life we'll be forever greatful to you all ♥️”

“Great experience! Toaday was Our first time at Redds hair and beauty for myself (46)and my daughter (18). We both had a cut and blow dry, restyle. We are so happy with the end result and will definitely be returning. Deborah explained everything she was doing and the reasons she was cutting in a particular way to create the desired look. This is the first time in along time I have felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience of having my hair cut. “From the minute I walked into reception on the day of my operation I felt everyone I dealt with was a credit to the organisation. The reception staff were very polite and professional as I was booked in. The porter who took me to my room was very nice and explained everything to me. All the nursing and catering staff were professional and caring making this a less stressful experience. I can’t praise Mr Zeiton enough. Both he and the anaesthetist visited me in my room and fully explained everything that was going to happen. When I was shown down to the operating theatre I was instantly put at ease and the procedure was completed without any stress or worry. The aftercare was fantastic and Mr Zeiton showed me what he’d done after having an X-ray the following day. I was discharged with everything I needed and I had full knowledge of what to do and when my next appointments were. The physio staff made sure I was fit to leave and knew what exercises to do before my appointment. The whole experience was made better with being made to feel valued and cared for from walking in the door to walking out.”
