“I stayed at the Imperial Salford Hotel for three days and overall had a very good experience. The room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The service was generally good, and the staff were friendly without being over the top. A special thanks goes to T, who made a noticeable difference with their friendliness and helpful attitude. It was truly appreciated and made the stay a bit better. All in all, a place I’m happy to recommend and would consider visiting again.”

She did a great job cutting their nails and they seemed quite content when I picked them up. It was also nice to see photos of them on Facebook while we were away. Will definitely return!”

They sorted decoration, food and party bags (which were brilliant). The space is perfect for free play for a big group of kids and everyone loved it. Staff are so kind and helpful too. “Clippers Quay has been my home for nearly a year. This is a great place to live in. Firstly, it is mainly due to the very high standard professional reception team. The members of the reception team are very friendly, helpful and supportive. With them, it makes living in Clippers Quay a joy, save and feel at home. Many appreciations have to given to Darren, Leila Lam and Tyler. They are brilliant and helpful in all aspects. Thank you! Secondly, it is Clipper Quay’s location. So convenient cause it is easy to get on the public transportation, within 10 mins walk to supermarkets in WhiteCity shopping center, beautiful waterside for a walk and close by to the city center. Lastly, the apartments are spacious and adequately furnished. The maintenance services are also very good.”

“Visited 2/2/26. As a Disabled customer and I went on my own Firstly the hotel and restaurant are fully accessible. The entrance has a lift from street level and a button to call staff for assistance to operate the lift. Staff are very accommodating. There's a lift to the basement where the studio bar and lounge is located, it a jazz and singer style bar. Sophia was the most friendly and professional of bar tender The restaurant is a classic American bistro but in a refined and chic way and the food was succulent and favourful. The meat was *chef kiss. I highly recommend this place but male sure you book in advance.”

“Yesterday, I visited that restaurant at Quays with my family, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. There was a guy named Ateef at the counter who was handling many customers at once, yet he served us with great efficiency and a smile. My kids were a bit upset initially before, but I really want to appreciate and thank him for how kindly he treated them. He managed to serve our order within minutes and even made sure the kids got exactly what they wanted — that truly made a difference. The food was absolutely delicious — it tasted just like homemade! This was my second visit within a month, and I must say, the experience was consistently excellent. Highly recommended!”

“We had a great stay, the room was great but they are very warm. Great location for Aviva studios, just a short walk away. There is a small car park which we had no issue parking in during the week. Its 15 pound for 24 hours paid via Ringo. I left my kindle there and after some back and forward, I did eventually receive it in the post.”
