He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. If they don't stock they An usually get in next day for you on most vehicles. Quick at answering phone too. We arrived just before 9 o clock, expecting a long wait. My husband was seen by 10 different people, from taking bloods and blood pressure, triage nurse, x-ray, specialist. All sorted out by 11 am. Excellent service could not have asked for better. I appreciate that anyone requiring an hospital bed would have had a significantly longer wait, but we should appreciate the good work the staff are doing and the pressures they are under, give praise when due, not just criticism.”
