“I travelled quite a way from home to the carbon centre but glad I did because Steve is a top man and he's very knowledgeable and helpful. He sussed out the issue within 2 minutes and suggested I got my glowplug replaced before attempting to fix the DPF problem. I did that and brought the car back to him and he fixed it on the same day. He even asked for me to come back the following week to check everything is as it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.
