A local hero for a reason, Pizza Uno prides themselves in giving us great tasting food at an affordable price with a wide choice of food, try their Fatayer, it’s to die for. “This is very fresh and young HK style restaurant. The restaurant was decorated with a lot of photos and videos related a famous band Mirror. The dishes were innovative and delicious. The staff were friendly too. Having meal there was cozy.”

“Best curry restaurant for miles around. Have been a frequent visitor for over 20 years. Traditional curries that don't all use the same base unlike some places. Never had a bad experience here in the whole time I've been a customer. We don't live local anymore but still drive the 6 miles to attend. Ami and the staff are great can not recommend highly enough. “Our ”Tuesday club” went to birdandbeemcr today for the first time. They were 5 of us (usually 7) and we all opted for the bacon bun. Now this was not just any bacon bun - it was filled with crispy streaky bacon, with a cheesy, sumptuous little omelette on top - some of us had it on brioche & some on local sourdough. With pot of freshly brewed tea to go with it, it was delicious. One of us had a latte which was very professionally done too. They’ve only been open for a week but we’ll definitely to back to sample more great food. Sorry I didn’t take a pic but I’d finished it before I remembered!”

“Had the carvery. All the vegetables were lovely, perfectly cooked. Roasties would have been nicer with a fluffier type of potato. Roast beef beautiful. Perfect apple crumble with loads of custard. Lovely waitress and lovely manager from the Hesketh which closed down and is still missed.”

“I went to this restaurant which was a very nice place to dine. I had the lamb casserole which was delicious and was served with rice and side salad with a nice glaze over the top. Besides the top notch food, the lovely server, Youssef, was very friendly, served with a smile and was happy to help with all enquiries. A nice place to eat, the only downside was due to attending on a weekday night, there was not much of a customer atmosphere. There was a nice background music playing and the restaurant was very well lit with some lovely wall decor. 9/10 would recommend and will be re-attending”

“Been here a couple of times and had great food but tonight’s was fantastic. My wife stole half of my shawarma wrap it was that good. As a confirmed carnivore I can’t believe how good the fattoush salad is. Highly recommended.”
