He was on his own on the shop floor and it was really busy, but he handled everything amazingly – calm, polite, and courteous with every customer. Even under pressure, he took the time to help me properly, made sure everything fit well, and gave great advice. Really helpful and patient throughout. He listens to customer request and goes the extra bit to help and support my request. He found what I was looking for by looking online on shoeszone website and then tracked shoes in back stock room where as others would simply say sorry not in store/stock. He has a caring attitude with " I'm happy to help"outlook and nothing is too much for him. Each time i go to store i look for him and if I can't see him I feel disappointed as often walk away with the aim to try some other day. I'm happy to travel from Ashton to Oldham even though Ashton does have store all because Darren Murray provides such a nice service..he's great asset to company.
