“Another town another premier inn , this time the room ( prem + ) was massive well furnished comfortable and super clean , Leanne greeted to me and was a great example of how staff are the hotel and greeted me with a warm smile and explained everything i needed to know even went and got me some Hot Chocolate which you don’t actually get in the rooms ! Again loaned me an Apple Watch charger as I’d forgotten mine as I need it as I have an app to check blood sugar ! Perfect hotel and if Leanne is anything to go by the staff will all be wonderful too”

“Just spent an amazing weekend there, visiting Alton Towers. Jo is a wonderful host, full of information and super dedicated to her guests. The rooms were super clean, the bathroom is spacious, and the views are beautiful, especially if you're into the whole British countryside thing. The breakfast is also nice, with great homemade Staffordshire oatcakes and local jam. Will definitely come back next time I'm at Alton Towers.”

“I came here yesterday to buy a new mattress. The lady in the store was very helpful and made good suggestions of which mattresses to try out and knew which ones I would like by my reaction. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and could tell you how they work, how many springs etc. I will try update when the mattress arrives. They also do free delivery, free mattress removal and deliver on Saturdays too, which was handy for me.”

“Amazing store with really helpful staff! My husband and I visited a few pram shops a couple months ago and as first time parents were overwhelmed with the choice and trying to figure out what was good value for money. In all the other pram shops we went to the staff were really unhelpful, didn't really know the answers to our questions and couldn't take us through a demo of the prams, we left with more questions! Well when we walked into premier baby we were greeted with a smile and the gent who runs the shop was so helpful without being pushy or patronising, he explained everything to us and took us through a few different options until we found the pram for us! This was a few months ago, we went back in yesterday to order it and he remembered us and exactly what we had been looking for. Can't recommend enough, don't get service this good very often anymore but the shop runner here really knows his stuff, is friendly and approachable but doesn't pressure you into anything. Will be returning for other baby items, thank you Premier baby!”

“Went in initially to get a tie for a funeral I was attending. I explained I had a dark blue suit so the chap went through some options with me to compliment my suit… settled on a standard black tie… when I got home I realised my shirt had a mark on it and wouldn’t have time to have it cleaned and pressed so popped back in and he showed me some options from different price ranges. Got my size perfect first time and even steamed it for me… great service, very knowledgeable and great prices. Clothing seemed very well priced especially for a small independent retailer… the range was surprising too, lots of stock, well lit. Very happy customer will most certainly use them again for my future needs.”

“Our stay was delightful. We had a fantastic time in Buxton. The location of the guesthouse was excellent, easily walkable to everywhere and across from a gorgeous park. Very peaceful. “Lovely little gastropub, we booked in advance for a Sunday evening meal but it was fairly quiet upon our 7:45pm arrival that we found we didn’t need to. We both decided on the roast dinner for main, was toying with getting a starter but decided against, I’m glad I did as the portion was very generous! Had a great selection of beers and wines too. “I'd decided to enroll on the Ear Microsuction Course for wax removal, and I'm so pleased that I did! Mr Davies and his team made me feel really welcome and at ease. The course was interesting, informative and I especially enjoyed the chance to have a hands-on practical day with real patients. I found the practical aspect invaluble because I experienced different patients who presented with different ear problems, whilst having the safety of my tutor next to me. A booklet is provided with the written theory for good bedtime reading too! I'm not a naturally confident person, yet I can absolutely say that when I'd completed the course that I was excited and champing at the bit to get started with my business venture!
