“Went for midweek lunch with a friend , we both had the 2 course menu deal and drinks . Very quiet with few customers while we were there, nice friendly staff . “First time here, as a family we booked a table, and had table service off David who was really lovely and helpful. We didnt have to wait long for the food, even though the pub was busy.The food was amazing and very flavoursome. Not long after we finished our food the staff cleared our table and asked for any desserts, which arrived very quickly. Will definitely be coming back in the future! Lovely staff!”

“Took my Rotweiler a few times, it's nice to go in a pub with a big dog and people don't look down on him. The staff give him treats and come and stroke him, always a filled water bowl. Great food & they do dog Sunday dinners which go down a treat for £2.50 & a lovely normal roast dinner too. The food menu has a lot of variety. Brilliant view of the canal from the carpark. We love it here”
