I just wanted to leave a review to say how brilliant these guys have been for over a year now since I purchased my first bike they have looked after me,so professional and no job or repairs have been a problem to them, I would go as far of saying they go the extra mile to help. “Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name. Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately. Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home. Many thanks”
