“My tortoise had a long beak so making it difficult to eat by himself. I had to feed him by hand, I took him to this vet. “Gourley vets were absolutely amazing with me and my dog this weekend, after ringing up for an emergency appointment was seen straight away. The lady that came to greet us at the door was lovely, really helpful and tried her best to calm me And reassure me. Diego the vet was fantastic with my dog as he always is! Turned out to be something not at serious as we thought and my dog is now fully recovered and jumping around as usual. Thankyou all so much! Would highly recommend this practise to anyone!”

“Three of my toilets required extensive repairs and now they are functioning like new. Leaky bathroom and kitchen faucets had to be replaced and new water shutoff valves installed. At my request, the company also supplied the new faucets. A couple of taps with minor problems were fixed free of charge. Based on my experience with work done by different plumbers over the years, I find the company to be truly exceptional in every regard.”

“Water suddenly started pouring out from below the upstairs wc cistern, and within minutes the kitchen was flooded. I couldn’t shut off the water because the stop tap had seized. Dave arrived within ten minutes, identified the problem as a split flexible hose, managed to shut off the water and returned first thing next morning to fit a new hose and new stop tap. A 100% fantastic service.”

“I had a snapped/hanging heat shield that was rattling its head off after I hit a speed bump. Spoke to these guys and they booked me in on a day I had already booked off work (within a week). I took my car in today, they inspected and fixed the issue for a great price. All the staff are really helpful and the place seems very well organised (I had my car back within an hour or so). Front of house office was a nice, clean, tidy welcoming place to be, and again, staff very helpful, welcoming and informative. Definitely found my new garage for servicing, MOT and repairs.
