“Really impressed with the service I received and all for a reasonable and fair price. They were knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. I have an Escalade and although I have a competent and trustworthy mechanic I’ve been using for years, they just weren’t very knowledgeable or enthusiastic about working on it. It was really refreshing to get a quick and enthusiastic response from Neil to my initial query. This gave me the confidence to take the Escalade on a 360 mile round trip to get it looked at. It was definitely worth spending a million pounds on fuel getting it there and back;) Nearly all my issues were resolved on the day. Neil explained my options for the issues that couldn’t be immediately resolved and was transparent with the costs. This allowed me to make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. So, if like me you’re struggling to get your regular mechanic to look at your vehicle, just take it here. You won’t regret it.”

“Called into the garage today because the engine management light had come explained to the gentleman on reception we wernt sure whether we could drive it or not he immediately put his diagnostic computer on the car explaind the problem to us which wasn't as severe as we thought reset the light on the dash and wouldn't even let us pay for his service so we put a donation into his hospice charity box what a nice man would highly recommend”

Rachel was really good with the communication regarding the quote and updates regarding status and collection. Dwayne did a fantastic job on the main bodywork repairs and kindly also re-painted some additional areas as part of the job. Dwayne has great attention to deal and was a pleasure to deal with, as was his Dad :-) I highly recommend Auto Refinish Ltd. Be patient as they are small company and seem to be very busy, but if you're patient and flexible they'll do a fantastic job for you.”
