“Called into the garage today because the engine management light had come explained to the gentleman on reception we wernt sure whether we could drive it or not he immediately put his diagnostic computer on the car explaind the problem to us which wasn't as severe as we thought reset the light on the dash and wouldn't even let us pay for his service so we put a donation into his hospice charity box what a nice man would highly recommend”

“I've used this service for well over a decade, and they have always been honest, trustworthy, very reasonably priced and quick. I always sit and wait whilst they carry out the MOT, and it's usually done within 30 mins or so. I've only ever had to go back for a re-test once or twice when I'd failed to check my tires beforehand etc. I don't think you could ask for much more from an MOT service, so it's long overdue me leaving this review.”

“Could have ripped us off for £800 after a mobile mechanic told us there was a problem with the oil pump. Instead they quickly worked out it was just that the oil light had automatically turned on as an automatic feature of having done a certain number of miles. Charged us £45 total for an engine diagnostic and to see what was going on with the glow plugs. Would recommend. We'll definitely continue to use them.”

“Never had any issues with United Auto Parts, very educated and highly recommend, neighbors of mine who are always willing to help. A humble reply to Abdi Jama below, he asked for a guarantee on a bulb he fitted 15 days ago, not 7 or 14, but 15 days ago, nobody gives "guarantees" on bulbs once fitted with out diagnostics reports from the manufacturer on a bulb, it worked for 15 days then went out. He most likely fitted it incorrectly (never touch the glass on any halogen or xenon bulb) in addition to this, he is a taxi driver, who's bulbs would be used excessively and they don't exactly drive the most carefully. Potholes, bumps, braking and stopping excessively can easily make a filament in a bulb dislodge thus blowing the bulb. Questioning things like warranty ad guarantee without knowing the difference? The receipt simply says - one h11 bulb, no mention of anything else. Very rude customer, just makes demands without wanting to understand and listen.”

“Reasonable labour rate, about the national average. Willing to fit parts I'd bought myself and not many garages will do that now. Friendly staff, they were fine with me leaving my car there for a couple of days. Gave me a decent safety warning about my car (it's more of a classic model now!). Overall good service.”
