Miranda Parker, who I worked with for Factory International last year and worked with her on Anton Benson's production of Aladdin at Queen Elizabeth hall last year. I have a Master's in Writing for Stage and Screen, and if anyone one to get involved they are doing 25 days of Oldham project in which you can make a short film, play, or poem and it will be shown a Shaw theatre before Christmas. So if you want to get involved in the industry here is a good start.”

“We hired the marvel bouncy castle and slide for my little ones 4th birthday. The kids had an absolute blast on it. The added feature of a slide kept them entertained for hours. “We turned up as a party of 5, late notice on a Sunday evening after a long drive from the West Country. Despite the kitchen about to close, the lady who served us was extremely accommodating and we were soon served with absolutely lovely Sunday roast dinners; delicious food and plenty of it, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely atmosphere and a nice clean and friendly pub.”

“The BEST swim school EVER. Both of my children attend this swim school and have since being babies. My little boy swam a length aged 3 and this is down to the amazing teachers, facilities and lesson structures. Above all, Dolphin promote water safety and encourage your child to learn life saving skills from the baby stage. Couldn’t recommend Dolphin enough. Amazing.”

“One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The restaurant is quirky and modern with great ambiance. Our 2 waitresses were fantastic; friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Then there was the food.... hard to put into words how good it was. Every course was a piece of art and the tastes blew me away. I really can't say enough about this place and look forward to returning”

“Large function room and friendly staff. There is also a large beer garden on the side of the pub and a carpark. Ideal place for a quick catch up with friends or a quick pint with the family. The weavers arms also likes to entertain and have charity events and jam nights on a Wednesday, highly recommended if you like live music or play an instrument or just do a little karaoke. They have a tap room with a pool table and darts board and also have teams that play for the pub. Good atmosphere and good people if you're looking for a new local, I recently had a surprise party there and it was an awesome night.”
