“I came to Howdens - Denton for a selection of interior doors. I was dealt with by Sophie who was very professional and willing to help. She was very knowledgeable in the various products and designs to help us decide which we wanted. We ordered through Sophie and she also promoted some of the DIY products behind the till which we purchased. Our doors are due to arrive today and Sophie has been in contact with us throughout to make sure we are happy with the purchase and that delivery is arranged at a time that suits us. She has also expressed that we are to contact her if we have any problems with the delivery or doors post-delivery so that she can deal with them personally. Thankyou, Sophie!”

“My little Cavachon Dylan has just had dental surgery. Quoted for 1 tooth removal and scale and polish - ended up with 6 teeth extracted. I was so shocked! However - no extra charge, so I was reassured that it was absolutely required. I was worried sick; as were not exactly wadded! Such a relief and the after care has been exceptional: A thorough explanation on pick up. A follow-up appointment booked. A phone call on the Saturday after surgery... We have Dylan's health plan with Vets for Pets and we used the out of hours prior to his op (thinking he was in pain). Because we saw a nurse ()ovely) and not a vet - so no charge for the reassurance. Best thing I did for Dylan was to register with this practice - they are wonderful with him.”

She advises us on brushing techniques & the state of our teeth, fortunately, up to now, neither of us has required any work. And the banter after the check up is always top notch, too.”

“Couldn’t have picked a better groomer. I used to do dog grooming myself and Ruth is incredible. I have a German Shepard who is very energetic, has anxiety (due to being a lockdown dog) and isn’t best behaved around other dogs. Ruth takes the time out to ensure there are no other dogs in whilst she is grooming Redd! He’s great around her and very trusting. I’m relocating and wouldn’t take my dog to any other groomer now. “Completed Aesthetics training with LG House of Beauty. I am a teacher, so have done numerous courses over the years. I can honestly say that this is the BEST course I have EVER completed, worth every single penny! Lucy and Jessica combined just the right amount of theory and practical to make someone new (myself) to the aesthetics field feel totally confident in performing treatments after the course. All our clients were organised for us and we were talked through each treatment on a 1-1 ratio, extremely personalised. After the course the links to insurance, products and contacts were also sent to us with links and a re-cap of instructions. All questions I have needed to ask after training have been answered and LG and JMA have stressed that at any point they will be on hand to support or advice, outstanding aftercare.
