“I would not hesitate in recommending this vets. The entire team; reception, nurses, vet and cleaner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a concern regarding my dog, I was given an appointment straight away and after speaking to the vet blood test were recommended. The vet nurse gave me the option to wait if I wanted for the results. Within 25 mins I had the results. Thankfully my dogs results were fine and I cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind you gave me for processing these results so quickly rather than having to wait days.”

“Really great prices. Cheaper than majority of places. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If your a business they are great. They don't have toilets. They are easy to find. If they don't stock they An usually get in next day for you on most vehicles. Quick at answering phone too. Never had a complaint and never had to return anything because it was wrong as with some places.”

“I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. “After reading other reviews I must say I'm shocked. I've used the CO-OP in its old location and here. I found the staff lovely and helpful. They never seem to stop, be it reloading shelves, getting uber orders ready or just cleaning the shop. They will always stop to help. (I my case usually to add milk to the coffee machine). It needs to be remembered that this is effectively a very busy local 'top-up' shop, not one where there is time to stand around. If you need to use the till, or need help with the self service, tell them. They are not mind readers but busy shop staff. The same staff who kept the shop running through the pandemic. I have seen first hand the grief they get. They truly are lovely people. Give them a chance.”
