“I’ve just finished my third session with Katie working on my breaststroke. I was a beginner swimmer who avoided putting my head underwater. I’ve progressed a lot in such a small amount of time with Katie and can now confidently swim multiple head under lengths. “Great gym, spacious and clean with friendly staff. Ladies only area is fantastic, plenty of machines and huge fans keeping the room cool even on a 25 degree day. Sauna, steam room, sanarium and hydro pool were all very clean and not too busy (I went at 1-3pm) everything working well/hot enough inside the rooms. I usually use Whitefield but I was in the area and was really happy I chose to go here in the end. Will definitely be back again soon.”
