“After trying numerous groomers as one of our dogs gets very stressed having a groom, we found Kath. We've never looked back. Spike wouldn't walk for two weeks after a grooming session now he's out the same day running about. Kath grooms all our dogs to perfection and they look even more gorgeous when they come out than when they went in. Kath is a real dog lover and we trust her completely. The dogs always come first with Kath and we appreciate the level of care she puts in to every groom. Thanks Kath”

“A neighbour put a black scratch on the silver rear quarter of my wife's beloved is 120ah. After much deliberation concerning how best to avoid a huge bill for our neighbour I suggested getting a quote from Williams in Bolton where she bought the car. She spoke to Lauren at the body repair centre who took her through all the details including how to pursue a claim should the neighbour baulk at the repair cost leaving my wife much more at ease. We took the car down to the centre and Lauren's colleague Kevin came out to look at the damage. A twelve inch black scratch, went back in the office and returned with a polishing gun and some polishing compound and less than a minute later the car was good as new. How much for the repair? Absolutely nothing. I am sure our neighbour will be pleased when we tell them! I was expecting a bill and a receipt. Now that's what I call service. If we have any more bodywork issues we will be coming back. Even if it does cost money next time!!”

Do not hesitate to take your car to Martin, he is the best and will always explain what is needed to be done. Vilma was really helpful, she took the time to check and confirm stock levels as well as calling me back promptly. “Came Down last week to have 2 tyres fitted and was greeted by a lovely Lady and Gentleman I believe they were called Blanka and Tom. They offered me somewhere to sit and a lovely hot drink whilst I waited for the technician Andre to fit my tyres. Was in and out in less than an hour. “It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”

“I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Blanche's life we'll be forever greatful to you all ♥️”
