“Ben is absolutely amazing. We contacted him to do house visits with our 1.8 month old dog and our puppy as we were at work. Ben came every single day and spent a good while with our dogs, he kept us updated consistently and sent us pictures of our doggos. One time our puppy made a mess with the toilet paper and he was kind enough to tidy up. He has walked them and has helped with our older dog who is a bit barky with other dogs. You can tell he loves and understands dogs and it's reciprocal. Our older dog is very nervous around people and he took time to build up her trust. She now loves him and approaches him enthusiastically. Would 100% recommend him. He's extremely professional as he takes care of both yours and your dogs needs and is very flexible.”

“Just took back my blood pressure monitor which I had for 24 hrs . The gentleman that fitted this was quietly spoken but very polite and kind . Very happy with the process he told me everything I needed to know and in the end my blood pressure was normal so I'm happy I didn't have to wait for the results he told me there and then. Asda had over a week waiting list and rude staff on the phone .I would definitely recommend this pharmacy .Thank you for being so kind . This pharmacy is opposite Monarch medical centre don't get confused with the one near Radcliffe medical centre they are so different in the way they give you the wrong prescription and not happy and pleasent.”

“I’ve been coming here for six months now and began as a completely inexperienced novice. It was probably the best decision I’ve ever made- not only to pick up the hobby but, to have found this brilliant studio! Everyone is so lovely, encouraging, supportive and just wonderful. The instructors do a fantastic job of maintaining a very welcoming, safe and fun environment whilst also ensuring techniques and tricks are adapted to every individual’s skill level. They’re always patient and you never feel silly for asking questions or for extra demonstrations, they’re open to suggestions and encourage collaboration and feedback. If you’re new to the hobby, or looking for a different studio; I cannot recommend Asteria Studio highly enough!”

“We had our regular annual boiler service yesterday, and were so pleased with the attention received! Danny arrived when we were eating lunch and insisted on sitting in his van whilst we finished eating (only a few minutes), as we have a walk through kitchen/diner. He then completed the service, as planned, to our satisfaction, leaving the area as clean and tidy as he found it. I can highly recommend both Danny (service engineer) and the lovely Becky ( she always organises the date and time of the annual service). Both are so polite, friendly and accommodating. “HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!”
