“Had my nails done here, the lady was lovely and friendly, she even had her dog with her (if you are scared of dogs the dog can go in play pen but i personally loved the dog cuddles) and my nails look fabulous. Got different shades of purples and pinks and my nails are colour changing too which is super cool. Thank you”

“Lovely salon. I have hypothyroidism which means my nails and hair are very sparse, especially my thin fringe. Rebecca uses builder gel on my nails, tints my eyebrows and lashes and Chloe k looks after my hair which looks much thicker after a tint, toner and precise cut and blow dry. Diane also does the most wonderful facial and massage. Thank god for bloom broadway.”

The staff are always welcoming, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need. I’ve always found the shelves well stocked and prices competitive, especially with the Advantage Card offers. It’s also in a great location on Elk Mill Shopping Park with plenty of free parking right outside, so it’s very easy to pop in while doing the rest of your shopping. Overall, a brilliant Boots branch that combines convenience with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!”

“Well, where do I start? I've been getting my nails done for about a year now, started with acrylics which were not a good fit for me and we're poorly done by another salon. Switched to BIAB beginning of the year and went to another salon that wasn't a fit for me as well. Decided to book with Image to get my infills done and what a good decision it has been. Mia (and everyone) was very welcoming, listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with what I got. Even offered to book another appointment for the next time which other salons have not done in the past ! All in all, amazing, will recommend this salon to anyone I know.”
