“We had our Ruby Wedding celebration in the same place we were married, exactly 40 years to the date, Statham Lodge. As always, the venue, food and service were excellent. “A shout out for the retail customer service staff in New Look, Warrington. Bought shoes last week and the lady couldn’t go out of her way enough for me… the same must be said downstairs where I went to pay. Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued. I also telephoned today to enquire about a clothing item and whilst they didn’t have what I was looking for, the lady was very helpful, courteous and ended by wishing me a lovely day. Thankful.”

“We stayed one night at The Park Royal, on a spa package, as part of our Q Hotels membership. We were checked in by Mary, who was super helpful and very friendly. Our room, 165 was spotlessly clean, a good size and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We’d pre booked a spa treatment each and the team were again, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was booked for 7:30 and taken in the main hotel restaurant. The setting was great and the team were as expected, attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the meals were very good. Checkout was seamless and our hotel bill was spot on. Thank you.”

“Stayed here back in June. Stayed on a business trip, but if I was to stay here with my kids they would’ve loved the rooms as they’re all themed. My one had a tree house theme. All clean, close amenities nearby.”

“Where do I begin, from the get go I knew this hotel was for me, dirty and cheap. We was one of the lucky ones in the hotel who actually got bedding, there was a bit of a down side due to no shower working but that’s easily fixable as the legend known as IAN In reception said he would get the boys on to it thanks for forgetting to charge us Ian you are the good guy here and me and the boys love ya until next year stay safe and please stay open! “What a great hotel. From a friendly greeting at check in, to a great room then such a good value breakfast and again such happy and helpful staff. I use BandB hotels in France so was not expecting much here. And wow the rest of the chain in Europe need to copy the great standards the Warrington location displays. Easy to drive to Manchester, just 20 min down the road.”
