“Excellent place. We went to a birthday party here. Lovely place. Excellent party for a child. Bouncy castle in the room. You could sit out, lovely greenery, lovely staff at bar. Nice place to hold an event such as a birthday for kids. Holds more people than you realise. Everywhere clean, toilets clean. Lovely place in a lovely area too!”

I love that Fiona is very friendly and we always have a good chin wag. She is always very welcome at my house. Throughout covid Fiona has always worked within all the guidelines and I have always felt very safe when she is doing my hair in my home .”

“Had a wonderful treatment today with Jo. Was in expert hands and had a very good experience. Have paid five times the price for a treatment elsewhere and not had as lovely an experience as this, but from start to finish everything was perfect and felt like a real luxury. Superb drink choice, with beers (north/ South my favourite) and cocktails a plenty (Gin Bramble my wifes favourite). They really go all out to look after you and your dogs too. “Went here for my sister’s 30th for Sunday lunch with my family. The food was incredible and the gravy was so shiny and delicious and there was loads of it! A true northern restaurant. My grandpa also has dementia and we requested that the food was served quickly. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and try the small plates.”

The freshly made milkshakes go down a treat with my boy, the tea is spot on and the hot food is always tasty. There are lots of walks in the area so it's a great place to start or finish at.”
