“I walked into the surgery (where I am a registered NHS patient) this afternoon, asking if I could see a dentist for an emergency tooth extraction. Luckily i was seen immediately and the procedure was carried quickly and efficiently. I wish to thank Lesley on reception for her help in getting the appointment and Brook the dentist for her skill and delightful manner.”

“Bit late as it was a couple of yrs ago after being butchered by my own dentist. Tried googling as I’ve got the same problem again. (What happened last time - I needed a tooth extraction and due to past experience the dentist I had before always dressed any extractions due to my blood not clotting well. She told me to tell any other dentists in the future so when she left & a new lady started & I needed another extraction I told her n she accused me of trying to tell her how to do her job! She didn’t dress it. Within an hour of leaving I was back in the chair n she put more pain injections to the point my mouth was that swollen my I could hardly breathe. She stocked me up then she left her shift. I was in agony all night! Next day I got an emergency appointment here as mine was closed. The lady here that treated was going mad at the state of me. She cleaned me up, DRESSED the area and within mins the pain started getting better! Never seen the new one from my own dentist again (think she was sacked) - ffward to today. Had another extraction on thurs by new male, I am in a lot of pain, huge lump on side of my face. Took over 18hrs for bleeding to stop despite him putting some type of brown fibre stuff inside. He split my gums a few mm in 5 places & split my lip during extraction. (I’ve had 7 pulled up to now due to complications with health n no fault of my own) so I’m gunna ring these on Monday n hopefully they will look after me as good as last time. (The woman who helped last time was romanian and was absolutely LOVELY with me & very very gentle x”

“Overall I always have a good experience at Ethos Dental, excellent Dentist and receptionists, my only small complaint is, sometimes the unavailable waiting time, with people late etc, on my recent visit I was a 09-30 appointment, checked in and sat down waiting, I could see the surgery door open and chatting/laughter coming from there, expecting to be called any minute but no, another guy came in 5 minutes after me, the previous appointment, he went in virtually as he arrived, to my mind he should have been made to wait and I should have been seen before him, so I presume that's why appointments run late. “This is an amazing dental practice which I am new to this week, especially if you have a fear of the dentist - from all of the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentist, I had Dr Nuha Zeiton, professional, kind, understanding and patient, a genius at her profession, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in with so much care and attention from the reception team, I was then greeted by the nurses who were going to be with me during the procedure who were both kind and reassuring I had a Temporary Crown with Dr Nuha under sedation and her gentleness goes along way with nervous patients like myself, from the moment I was in the chair I was not rushed, just slowly comforted and then the next thing I new - it was all finished. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart- Dental Fear is awful but I would truly recommend Dr Nuha and the team at BUPA Dental Care Timperley. Nina Smith”

“Had treatment here twice, the first time whilst I was in school so funded by NHS and sadly i lost my retainer completely my fault. The second time i chose and paid for because of how great my first experience was Everybody you meet here whether at the front desk or right up to Dr Bhatti is lovely. Every visit i felt welcome and left feeling really positive I love my teeth which is bittersweet because i know i wont be going back now but thank you to the whole team I wouldnt ever go anywhere else for ortho work ❤️”

“I went to see Charlie with my dog for a second opinion - what a difference to my previous vet. Charlie was interested in Buddy, she took the time to get to know him as he's an anxious big dog, and he ended up kissing her and asking for treats. The feeling after leaving Evergreen was totally different to how I'd been feeling before, Charlie offered to send some information to a specialist and let us know what they suggest in a few days.. I cannot thank Charlie enough for the first appointment, we will now be travelling to use Evergreen.”

“Amazing hygienist team!! 8 weeks ago I went to see Caroline, I had lots of inflammation, tartar and excessive bleeding from my gums. I was given a thorough explanation of what was happening and actions to take. Caroline was very clear and obviously loved her job, I was told if I did what she advised we would clear up the issues. 8 week follow up and I was given star pupil status! I did what Caroline told me, there is now no bleeding, my gums are in great condition, next hygienist appointment in 6 months!! I cannot thank Caroline and the team enough. They made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.”

“The care that Sam and the rest of the staff have shown my husband is absolutely second to none!! He is severely disabled and nothing is too much trouble for the practice. He has recently had to have a series of appointments to solve a dental problem and every single appointment has been handled with utmost care, making my husband as comfortable as possible and treating him with the dignity that he deserves. The building, although not modern, is wheelchair accessible and all the staff are so helpful.”
