“I went to this restaurant which was a very nice place to dine. I had the lamb casserole which was delicious and was served with rice and side salad with a nice glaze over the top. Besides the top notch food, the lovely server, Youssef, was very friendly, served with a smile and was happy to help with all enquiries. A nice place to eat, the only downside was due to attending on a weekday night, there was not much of a customer atmosphere. There was a nice background music playing and the restaurant was very well lit with some lovely wall decor. 9/10 would recommend and will be re-attending”

“Absolutely delicious chicken wings, some of the best I've ever had. Quite happy with the salad that comes with the wings meal, didn't even expect salad but I was very pleasantly surprised. The place is nice and interacting with the staff was very pleasant. The meal also came with a flatbread, which was nice, but it tasted like store bought bread and not great taste. It's free, but probably can do without it or I'd be happy to pay more for better bread. The chips were probably 2/5, it was weird to have such mediocre chips with such great wings, and the 5* is solely because the wings and the service were outstanding. About the chips: too few, some of them were overcooked, some undercooked, a few were perfect, others were oily, had some weirdly shaped ones - pretty much what I get when I make chips at home. The peri-peri salt was top notch though...”

“Honestly hard to find food that’s delivered to you piping hot, fresh and amazingly tasty. “I was staying in the adjoining Premier Inn, as I was working in the area. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced and there’s also a dinner and breakfast deal for hotel guests. I ordered the smothered platter which was fresh and tasty, with the steak cooked medium perfectly, which is usually ruined with mixed meat platters. Thanks chef. All staff are really friendly and the restaurant is clean and nicely appointed. The Doombar was spot on too, so I’ll definitely be back for my next trip to Denton.”

“Took a trip to The Windmill recently and had a great experience. The food was tasty and came out quickly, and my other family members loved the carvery. What really caught my attention is how nice the staff is I was served by Dsean. He served our food with a smile, cleared our plates, and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. His kind and great service is what really made the trip worth it. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!”

“We were looking for a breakfast in Denton, we found this little gem just opposite Lidl, oh what a great find it was! Smiling owner, very cosy and making you wanna go back! Very reasonably priced and menus sticking to your hands not because they were dirty but because they’re so nice to touch and browse! We’ll be definitely back for the roast and other menu items (pizza etc). Some music (Italian maybe?) would be nice.”
