However, a few months ago I took the leap and got intouch with Justina and I do not regret it one bit. We did a consultation, and then completed 5 sessions. Justina is very motivational, understanding, and gets results. I have changed many lifestyle habits already and mentally after each session, I feel great. I have now booked 5 further sessions, and I will be seeking more as time goes on. “My daughter is just about to finish after two years at First Steps and her older sister attended 5 years ago. I cannot recommend this wonderful pre school enough. The staff to child ratio is excellent and the children thrive on the smaller group sizes and 1:1 time they get to spend with their key workers. The outdoor space is fantastic, and utilised daily for different activities. Weekly visits from Footy Tots and Diddi Dance also give the children those extra opportunities to try something different in an environment they feel safe and secure in. Helen and her team have years of experience in pre school learning and wellbeing and this shines through in everything they do for the children!”
