I asked for a design which is very complicated, they didn't have a charm similar but the nails technician lady has drawed it by herself and made it 3D. The result look incredible. Lucy shows much pride in her work and care for our dog and it is evident she is like this with all of her dogs based on how busy she is with all of her regular clients! We have used a bigger groomer company previously when our dog was a pup and he was so overwhelmed with the noise and other dogs he used to come out shaking and so stressed; Lucy’s 1:1 set up is absolutely perfect, especially for more nervous dogs and we haven’t looked back.”
