The service was absolutely excellent — Vicky and Josh were both friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. A big thank you also to the night manager, David, who made sure everything ran smoothly and added a personal touch to the evening. The food was spot on — the scampi was perfectly cooked, the fish and chips were crisp and delicious, and the deserts were absolutely lovely. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and full of flavour. A great atmosphere, great service, and great food — we’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!”

“A decent Marriott Hotel, which has had good investment over the years. Well presented with nice external / outsourced dining of a good standard. Well worth a stop if using the airport to go on Holiday. Good for when you need to entertain at a restaurant. Would not hesitate to recommend, good chain of hotels with decent standards at all times.”

“Dining at Brasserie Blanc was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay at the Delta Hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, the beautifully designed interior transported us to a different world. The space is bathed in natural light, creating an atmosphere that’s both elegant and uplifting. Despite not having a reservation, the staff welcomed us with warmth and generosity, even seating us in what must be the best spot in the house. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional—genuine, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating. The food was absolutely divine. We started with the Dressed Devon Crab and the Pan-Fried Sea Bream, both bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors and perfectly presented. Paired with a bottle of their delicious white wine, it was a meal to remember. So memorable, in fact, that we ended up enjoying a second bottle as we lingered over dessert. Speaking of dessert—what a treat! The Wye Valley Rhubarb Crumble was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, while the Pistachio Soufflé was light, airy, and full of flavor. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Brasserie Blanc is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience we’ll fondly remember and gladly recommend. Can’t wait to return!”

“Thee staff were warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were more than generous. We had both starters and mains, and honestly, we were too full to even consider dessert. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and experience made it well worth it. “I initially called Becky who was both friendly and helpful and could answer all my questions relating to the cruise. I then went away to think about the cruise and called back with further questions before booking. Becky did a brilliant job got me booked in assisted with selecting a cabin etc. I am a busy person and like efficiency and Becky was efficient and effective in the booking. “Lively but not noisy, people and pets gather to share food, nearby stalls sell snacks and hot food, and even flowers and fruits coexist with fine wine. I love the atmosphere and space, but unfortunately I just passed by this time.”

“We needed somewhere to crash for an extended period of time before a flight. The staff here were very helpful when we arrived. We can not fault the guy on the phone and the lady on site for how good they were to us. The room was a lot more spacious than expected and it had the cricket test on the telly. The bed wasn’t amazing, but the room was cheap so we were not expecting the Ritz. We got lunch nearby at San Carlo, which was very close and tasty.”
