“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. “The workmanship was excellent but I did feel that the pricing was way off as when the estimator first looked at my car he said the damage would be around £1000 but when the final bill came it was over £2000 which seemed a big difference to me. Thankfully I was not paying but it made me think twice about using them in the future.”
