Especially David always greets everyone with a big smile and so much care, making guests feel welcome and wanting to come back time and time again! “I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. “I can only echo what has already been said: this is a very nice cafe that deserves to do well. + Excellent coffee from local coffee roaster (Blossom). Lovingly prepared: thoughtful and attention to detail Very friendly and welcoming staff Good choice of cakes The food menu is limited but clever for a very small venue. Brunch and breakfast options. It's also very reasonably priced. No real negatives to report: a couple of minor things could have been better on our food (e.g. toasting/warming the bagel before adding the ingredients), but they're very minor. We will definitely come back and I'll get a bacon sandwich on the way to work soon.”

“I love Heron Foods. I wouldn't use it instead of a normal supermarket but have some really nice stuff. I especially go when they have the baby food in as its alot cheaper than the supermarkets. For example the Heinz 1+ foods are 2 for £1 where it's £2 just for one in supermarkets I've also bought baby porridge of 39p each or 69p each and then the tubs of porridge which are normally £3 in supermarkets are £1 so saves me a heck of alot of money. They don't have baby food in all time though its one of those once its gone its gone and then they will bring stuff back in a month or so.”

Only found this place by chance when taking a walk down the river park. A much more enjoyable shopping experience than my usual (Aldi, Arndale)”

“Fantastic lunch here. The food was to die for and the freshly squeezed orange juice was gorgeous. The mozzarella focaccia was so flavourful and the strawberry and vanilla sundae was absolutely next level. Our server, Esin was so lovely and attentive and even surprised me with a piece of passion fruit cheesecake (which tasted incredible) as I’m halfway through my pregnancy and was out shopping with my mum.
