She was very knowledgeable in the various products and designs to help us decide which we wanted. We ordered through Sophie and she also promoted some of the DIY products behind the till which we purchased. Our doors are due to arrive today and Sophie has been in contact with us throughout to make sure we are happy with the purchase and that delivery is arranged at a time that suits us.
