“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. “100% trustworthy auto repair service. These people were outstanding with my latest issue. My car went into limp mode on the M61 due to an air leak. I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to. They did everything they could to ensure my car was fully operational even in the holiday period when they were extremely busy. Their level of knowledge and expertise is second to none and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for their service. “I have to say I was crying when my 9ct yellow gold beads were tested with 18k acid . It turned my beads brassy brown. I was devasted! I brought them to Natasha’s mum who previously fixed them @ swinton diamonds&gold Natasha has some how (buffed) them and retained my gold . “Our little one has been at the swinton setting for 3 and a half years and I couldn’t fault anything! The staff who work here are just amazing and really work with the child and the child’s capabilities which was a big stand out for us! I couldn’t have wished for better! The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! Kate, Hannah, Flavia & Danielle in particular are outstanding members of staff and has been wonderful to have them as almost extended family for so long! Will miss these guys and this setting A LOT!
