“The rooms are good for one or two nights if you have a day/night out in Manchester and you're not planning on spending much time in there. Small and basic but had everything we needed. Comfy, clean bed. Bear in mind that bathrooms are separate but there's one on each floor (so you'll be sharing with others. This wasn't a problem as there's not many people on each floor) The pub was a lot nicer than expected. It's great that you can roll out of bed and straight downstairs for breakfast (Decent full English and discount for guests) or have a quick drink before heading out. I did hear that one of the rooms didn't have blinds or curtains which could make for a difficult night's sleep. Bring ear plugs just incase. One side is quiet but our side was slightly noisy but was to be expected as Psych fest was on (which we attended and was great) we still managed to sleep quite well. The location is great! Really central and has a few bars nearby. There's a really nice brunch place across the road where they do good bloody Mary's. I'd definitely stay here again, it was great for the price and location. “Love this place. It's a bit basic, but I had no problem with the beds or the bathroom. I love the place, the dining rooms, the kitchen, just everything about it. Love it being located in the mural area of Manc. Very close to everything. Best place to be. Worth the visit.”
