“I’m extremely happy with Total Fitness Whitefield, especially the Women’s Gym section. My wife has been training with PT Sahar, and the improvement has been incredible. She had been struggling with back pain for a long time, and after working with Sahar, her pain has reduced by almost 90%. The progress is real and visible. Sahar is a fantastic trainer—professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly focused on each person’s needs. She designs the workouts specifically for my wife’s condition and motivates her at every step. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better PT for her. “Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”

“Our local takeaway never disappoints. Well priced and never had to wait too long. Had a range of food, it's all lovely. My favourite is the tofu satay and salt and pepper chips. My partner loves the beef fried rice. The staff are always so friendly too !”
