“Me and my mum went to zizzi on a Sunday afternoon ( expecting it to be busy but pleasantly surprised and was quiet plus school holidays) I had a free birthday meal to use and have been meaning to go to zizzi for a while so perfect opportunity Prior to going already knew what I was getting the vegan aubergine meatball pizza and 6 layer lasagna ( both cooked to perfection and went very well together!) The pizza had a spicy kick , super thin base and delicious toppings while the lasagna had a unique layers with a rich tomato sauce , pesto and crispy kale ( if seen in supermarkets and been tempted to buy from the freezer but glad I had in store ) The service was professional, welcoming and super good with allergens , overall a great time and highly recommend For families , dates , solo the perfect meal that’s reasonably priced , have a range of offers and deals plus if you get the app get perkz like this so the bill was 1/2 price and came to 2 for 1 on mains plus had a cider”

“Mezzaluna has become our favourite Italian restaurant. We love to bring more and more friends here, to try their wonderful menu! The staff are all so lovely and friendly, they even help you make up your mind when you're uncertain what to have! The facilities are clean and well kept, the atmosphere is cosy yet spacious. We look forward to every opportunity to come back! Our favourites are the carbonara and another dish with pistachios crushed and mixed in. Their desserts are freshly made on site and if you get the chance try their profiteroles, you won't be disappointed!”

“Wish there was a mocha on the menu because coffee on its own is a little strong for me. I did ask but he said there is hot chocolate usually when I ask they just add some Choco into the coffee drink. Table service seems like a very cute place staff are nice just stood at the front for a bit until we asked to be served and wasn’t sure how it worked, you sit down and the staff come to you. Toilets are on the bottom floor. Open late which is great. Close to tram stop and it was nice to stop by before heading to our next stop.”

“I attended this restaurant today for a party with my daughter who is autistic! She was really struggling at first but James was so caring and helpful, really patient and attentive which helped not only my daughter but me as an anxious SEN parent! The food was incredible and nothing was too much trouble! I feel confident to take my daughter here for eating out now too which is not something we often do! Thank you so much to all but especially James”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Est Trafford Centre, thanks entirely to Wendy. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely lovely. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, offering excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive difference to your visit, and she truly did. A real credit to the team – thank you, Wendy!”

“- Very friendly staff member when I visited the branch at 3:55pm-ish on 18 Jul 2024. (My voucher somehow did not go through but the lady at the till dealt with it patiently and kindly. Very impressed and happy with my experience.) - A great location on Deansgate. - I have been to a few branches of Caffe Nero in Manchester and am getting an impression that they are generally very friendly + the coffees are of a great taste.”

“We were given a table straight away and were served by a lovely staff member called Kim. The food was delicious and a good portion size. The wait time on the food was incredibly fast as it wasn’t too busy on a Sunday evening.”
