Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. Her design skills, her organisational skills, patience but mostly her communication skills have been exceptional. Inevitably things do not always go to plan but Joanne kept us in the loop throughout and attended on site as required to liaise with the teams on our behalf and whilst waiting would start to clean.
