Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. “I visited the store on Friday and went to the Bobbi Brown counter. Savannah was the young lady who came to assist me. I can’t speak highly enough about Savannah. She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. “Simon was able to attend the next day and promptly fixed the washing machine. Simon then ensured the problem was fixed by allowing the machine to fill and drain again before he left. Cost of labour seemed very reasonable, too! Simon was also very tidy and no mess was left behind. Would definitely use again in the future, thank you.”
