“Reliable, Reasonable and Responsive. We wanted to add to and adapt our kitchen (ovens and hob replacing aga, lots of electrics, new peninsula, new worktops, rearrangement of some existing cupboards etc.) . Penny not only listened to and understood our needs,but offered constructive advice and importantly didn't tell us "you would be better to replace everything" or "if we move a unit, we can't be sure not to damage it" - both of which we heard from other companies. There was also a refreshing openness about the pricing, so we could judge options properly, which gave us great confidence. Richard, Mick and Warren turned up on exactly the day the install was booked and did a very good and tidy job of fitting everything. We had a minor issue with a plinth heater after the install, but handled appropriately without any fuss. Project was handled well by Penny and Suzie and any queries were always answered very promptly and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Byles and I would highly recommend.”

“Amazing! Fresh, tasty, love that the sauce and salad is separate so food is really hot, salad crunchy, naan as it should be and not a soggy mess. Lots of meat which was all really well cooked. We ordered the apple pie, wish I had ordered 10........ordered from choices many times and had one not so brilliant meal so shopped around, mistake because nothing else has come close, hence we returned and so glad that we did. We also used our points tonight so the bill was really cheap, almost feel guilty using the points because the quality of the food was perfect. Delivered in really good time too, bonus, portion's are large so enough for lunch tomorrow too. That apple pie!”

Spent time with us going over designs to make sure we were happy with everything as it was a big job after knocking a wall out and arranged all the electrics plumbing and plasters. “Even though i live near to ASDA itself there are a number of times that I've actually been in this superstore hoping to get what I do need but no they do not have it in or they have sold out and most of the isle's you go around there are signs with the words roll back on them but no it's a con everything is still expensive so this is now that I've decided to go and do my shopping at Morrisons as they are much more better and sell a whole lot more items than ASDA do so the best thing of all go and do your shopping then go to Morrisons it's much more better in the long run”

“Cheap petrol, plenty of pumps. Glad I'm local as this is my go to place, can do my shopping and fill up at the same time. You have to select how you will pay before the pump is activated however, but after that it's all fine. Cheap fuel, happy customer! I'll be back everyweek!”
