Cayo was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Itβs rare to come across someone who makes you feel so looked after and valued as a customer. Cayoβs positive energy and professionalism really stood out and made the visit so special. The food, as always, was amazing β perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served piping hot. But it was the outstanding service that made this visit the best Nandoβs experience Iβve ever had. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Cayo brought that extra touch of care and joy that made all the difference. Huge thanks to the whole team, and especially to Cayo β youβre a star! Iβll definitely be back soon.β

βWe were really blown away by the customer service from Walkers. Our projects can be pretty stressful as we have a huge number of pallets to dispatch in a short period of time. Their online portal is really easy to use and the team in the office - Hayley, Kelly, Graham and also Gary in sales were fantastic with us. When you're working at lightning pace on an important job - you just need to know that someone has your back, and that's exactly the vibe we got from their team. I can't recommend them highly enough.β

βI visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasnβt his fault β he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didnβt let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff arenβt left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.β

Everything was on point, the burger was succulent and the flavour was just perfect, the fries were perfectly seasoned and they just hit the spot. We drove 3 hours just to have these burgers.
