“I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America. I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand. I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too. After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).”

The 2 ladies know their client dogs and I feel completely confident in their care and maintenance. The prices are reasonable. “Top guys, having always used main dealers to fix and service my cars, I decided to give MC Autos ago after reading the reviews. They did not disappoint. I had an issue with my rear breaks and the service was due. They told me to bring the car down right away so they could have a look at the break issue. Booked me in ant the earliest opportunity and also completed a major service. Kept me up to date with cost and called me to update once the car was ready. Great customer service is not common these days but these lads ready know how to look after there customers. Keep up the great work and see you soon.”

Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me a spare battery for the remote, they allowed me to charge my phone, and they even went and bought me a new battery to try in the remote. “Highly recommended to anyone needing dental work done, the team here go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and take pride in the standards of their work. After my false crown finally gave up after a decade, cracking the tooth root in the process, I needed to understand my options and what choice was right for me. From the very first consultation Phil and the staff were excellent, explaining to me all options, possible risks, what to expect and how the process would work. They showed me the scans so I could see for myself what was had happened and what could be done. I chose to go for a dental implant which, given we are hopeful it will last decades for me, is actually a responsible investment to restore my smile. Although quite unsettling for me, both to actually lose a tooth and also to face an unknown surgery involving worrying phrases such as 'drill into the bone' and 'reshape the gums' Phil has seen this kind of problem many times before and his confidence in being able to make it right counts for a lot. I left the building with a timetable of my treatment and the price quoted was the one I paid, it never changed. After a few weeks of treatment I have now had the old root extracted and implant placed in one session, and recently had the permanent crown fitted after allowing a few weeks for healing. It was all done with care and consideration and I am so pleased with the result. The only time I was a little sore during the process was after the extraction, which is to be expected, but I was handed a bag of aftercare products and followed up on by the staff the day after. A week or so later I was fine. I felt nothing as the implant was set into my jawbone, and only a pinch when the permanent crown was set into the gum. Should you need dental work doing then do consider these guys, they know what they are doing and take a personal satisfaction in doing the job well.”

“What an amazing experience all round. We needed to find a professional cleaning firm who could deep clean our house before we handed over to new owners. After several uninspiring responses we came across Paul and Lisa at Bright and Beautiful Stockport and from the original conversation, through the quotation process then the actual clean they have been excellent. Great communication, great professional team, did exactly what they promised, were very thorough and the team were friendly, professional and Robyn, Fin and Chanelle worked brilliantly together. “As a family tradition we go out for breakfast on the morning of a holiday. We tried this cafe as the reviews were very positive and my wife had heard about it through a work colleague. The staff were very welcoming. There were a few regulars in who made the place seem very community focussed, more friends than customers. The food was really good freshly prepped after we ordered. When I mentioned where we going on holiday the lady who served us explained she was from that same area originally and advised us of things to look out for. Can't fault it. We will visit again definitely.”

As a young girl, it’s hard to find a genuine garage that aren’t just trying to make money out of you, but this place is genuine. I bought a Toyota Yaris from autotrader and took it here to get serviced. It had many issues, Matthew really went out of his way to investigate and help me find the most economical solution. “Brilliant theatre. The oldest little theatre in the UK. Excellent regular variety of shows very well acted. Good bar area. The seating is comfortable and tiered so that all seats give a good view. Parking available next door with a lovely helpful chap who deserves a mention. Some notable present and past honorary members such as Sir Ian McKellen, Dame Sybil Thorndike and locally born Dame Wendy Hillier.”

I’d had a bad experience in the past so was quite reluctant to try again but after reading reviews and speaking with Dawn on the phone I decided to give it a go again. The food and service were excellent; the paneer cocktail was something I had never had before, the naans were incredibly fluffy, and the cobra was delicious. “Second time having Afternoon Tea here and still great. The staff are amazing. They are welcoming, friendly and attentive. The Afternoon Tea for 2 is tasty and fresh. We also ordered scrambled eggs on toast for our 8month old. He enjoyed it, as did I. It's the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Came out hot, too, which was even better. Would 100% recommend without a doubt.”
